The working principle of the injection molding machine:
The material will be put into hopper, using screw rotation, convey the raw material to nozzle, meantime and through the material tube heating. The heat generated absorbed raw materials, make the material melted. After the melting material and by injection institutions of the screw thrust, materials will be pushed to mould cavity, in cavity forming, cooling to finalize the design, and then the mould open, products will be taken out, form a work cycle
