Bucket Mold

We had made different style of bucket, such as water bucket mold, painting pail mold, medical one-way bucket mould, industrial paint mold,etc. The size can be range from 1L, 5L 10L 20L, 80L, 100L etc.The mould life of  the bucket are affected by the mold steel used. In general case, we use steel material for P20, 718, if customer wants to reach high speed injection with shorter cycle time, we suggest  them to use BeCu.

Bucket machine

Regarding to the injection molding machine, we have standard injection molding machine,servo motor injection machine. We can offer customized machine according to customers' special requirements. But in current society, we suggest use  servo motor injection machine, if the voltage is already of the customers'factories which can save the energy for 20%-80%
