
SN-C series semi-automatic bottle blowing machine is dedicated to the production of 10 ml – 20L of mineral water, beverages, oil, cosmetics, pesticide, civil medicine bottles (PET, PMMA, PC, PS, PP, ABS as raw materials) plastic containers, have low investment, small size, power consumption province, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
A complete set of machine is divided into two parts, Preheater and Main blower.
Host adopt double crankshaft adjusting mold, clamping force is strong, stable and fast. The host of the pneumatic system is divided into two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blowing parts to meet the different needs of action. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shape of the bottle.
Infrared drying oven heating preforming, preforming rotation and heating synchronization. Because of bottle embryo bottle walls are thick, ordinary heating system can not reach ideal bottle embryo heating effect, and the infrared heater can penetrate bottle embryo, both inside and outside, and heating lasting, even, to ensure the good forming quality. The whole process is done automatically, need only one operator will bottle embryo into the bottle blowing machine and then press the switch.
This machine features:
1. The infrared rotating oven with German bottle blowing machine energy-saving design, power saving; Using infrared light tube heating, strong penetrating power, bottle preform rotation is heated, orbit, uniform heating, rapid and reliable; Tubes in the heating area, reflecting plate width and high temperature can be adjusted, to fit the bottle preform structure of different heating, with automatic exhaust device, to ensure that the path of constant temperature;
2. The movement is driven by cylinder, do not use the oil pump, has no pollution, low noise advantages, using high pressure and hyperbolic arm connecting rod clamping, strong clamping force;
3. The operation manual and automatic two ways, the machine can run in the step-by-step mode and semi-automatic mode, safe and reliable unique design of valve position is to let gas path become clear;
4. Cooling system to ensure the quality of the embryo bottle neck;
5. Has the investment province, high efficiency, power consumption, convenient operation, simple maintenance, security, etc;
6. The bottle from pollution bottle scrap rate lower than 0.1%.
7. The machine is also equipped with muffler and lubrication system.

SN-A series full-automatic pet stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has one to six cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 0.1L and 10L. It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.
