PVC Machine are used for PVC pipe fitting manufacturing, Dakumar has the special design for the door and PVC machines' cover. All the related mechanical components of PVC machine are chrome plated or Nickle plated to prevent the corroding of PVC material melted gas. Dakumar PVC machine, has the special screw and barrel design, also the temperature controlling system. We have 3 patents for PVC machine.

To meet PVC production requirements, Dakumar has designed a new model of PVC machine for producing special PVC fittings or customized products. For example, we apply hardened chromed nozzle, large nozzle holt that ensures product flow and volume and oversized hydraulic motor matched to meet the large torque requirements needed for plasticizing PVC.

Therefore, Dakumar has achieved a great success in PVC machine for PVC pipe fitting mould manufacturing. It makes curve slide core fitting mould with strict dimension control, precision surface finish with smooth ejector pin mark and gate mark. The smallest size of collapsible core reaches φ32mm. Under the premise of keeping the mould strong and durable, we try our best to design mould size as small as possible to use a small PVC machine, making all the considerations for our customers.

PVC Machine series:
Based on the design of our general-purpose machine, we developed the PVC machine that ensures the strict requirements of PVC products.
1、Specialized PVC plasticization components, hard chrome plated screw, nozzle ( with bigger nozzle hole),and nozzle flange are adopted to ensure the quality of PVC production and extend the life of the mechanical parts. All the components are highly anticorrosive.
2、Widened safety door design, equipped with double core pulling devices (each one has two inputs and two outputs).
3、Barrel: forced cooling by compressed air through air channels in individual zones with independent control, or screw oil cooling connect to oil temperature controller, to avoid thermal degradation of PVC powder in barrel.
4、Enlarged hydraulic motor, to fit the high torque requirement for PVC plasticization.
5、Oil cooling and water cooling system in screw barrel for large-sized machine.
6、Hardened chromed nozzle, large nozzle holt that ensures product flow and volume.
7、Oversized hydraulic motor matched to meet the large torque requirements needed for plasticizing PVC.
