-we use two servo motor for hydraulic system, one set for mould open/close and material storing, another set for accumulator oil filling and demoulding, make sure of accumulator oil filling not account for production time. For our standard hybrid machines, we make make mould open and ejection work at the same time which can save about 0.8 s for thinwall products manufacturing. And for high standard ones, it can reach material storing, mould open and ejector together, can save about 1.8s.
-hybrid injection machine adopt double screw mixing type for plastic material plasticizing. It can make the raw material with efficient plasticizing and save time.
