20L IML Plastic Pail Production Line
A DKM 600HH high speed injection moulding machine fully automatically produces one 20L plastic paint bucket with In Mold Labeling (IML) made from HDPE in a cycle time of 15 seconds. The pail surface printing takes place within the injection moulding cycle by means of IML robotic system. It could also remove the pails and set them down in a conveyor (for further cooling) and then move them to next process station.

PET Tube Production Line
An automated DKM PET HH produces 32 PCS PET tubes for medical industry in a cycle time of 10 seconds using a 32-cavity mould from Sino Mould. This model is special for various PET components made for wide range of uses with the shortest cycle time at a stable running.

560ml Thin Wall Container Production Line
For the packaging industry, the critical value lies in efficiency that may be measured by 0.1 or even 0.01 seconds. It will be on display that DKM HH produces 8 PCS plastic thin wall containers for food packaging industry in a cycle time of 5 seconds using a 4+4-cavity stack mould from Sino Mould.
